Dana Staser is the Founder/President of Dana Staser Consulting, LLC. She is a workforce and leadership development expert with over 25 years' experience in providing consultation and coaching to early care and education agencies nationally. She has worked with a variety of early care and education agencies across the country to increase high quality service delivery to children and families by increasing staff and leadership skills and capacities. She is an advocate for innovative, intentional, and meaningful professional development for staff and leadership to impact outcomes for the children and families they serve.
Most recently, Dana has consulted with programs across the nation to improve EHS/HS program systems, staff and leadership capabilities, and Early Head Start Childcare Partnership collaborations. Consulting areas of focus have included FA 1 & 2 Preparation, Self-Assessment Facilitation, Coaching & Training Framework development, Senior Leadership Coaching, Data Utilization, and more.
Dana has facilitated workshops, trainings, and is a national continuing education staff member as well as a national conference speaker.
