Dana Staser is the Founder/President of Dana Staser Consulting, LLC. She is a workforce and leadership development expert with over 15 years' experience in providing consultation and coaching to early care and education agencies nationally. She has worked with a variety of early care and education agencies across the country to increase high quality service delivery to children and families by increasing staff and leadership skills and capacities. She is an advocate for innovative, intentional, and meaningful professional development for staff and leadership to impact outcomes for the children and families they serve.
Most recently, Dana was an Assistant Director, Early Head Start/Head Start-Coaching in Phoenix, Arizona. Dana administrated and managed state and national research grants providing leadership and technical assistance to programs involved in the implementation and research of embedded professional development. She worked closely with philanthropic stakeholders both statewide and across the country as well as nationally recognized universities to develop and implement an innovative coaching model for teaching and family service staff. Dana has facilitated workshops, trainings and a national conference speaker on workforce development and leadership capacity building to increase sustainability in programs.

This may include on-site visits, review of current program service delivery and phone/web discussion with leadership team members.
A consultation plan will be developed for type of consultation, goals to achieve, timelines of delivery of consultation and collaborative roles of program staff.
Each consultation plan in individualized for your team's specific needs and goals.
A final report consisting of completed goals and recommendations will be submitted.
