Dana Staser is the Founder/President of Dana Staser Consulting, LLC. She is a workforce and leadership development expert with over 25 years of experience providing coaching and consultation to national early care and education agencies. She has worked with many Early Head Start/Head Start programs and Educare schools to increase high-quality service delivery to children and families by increasing staff and leadership skills and capacities. Dana provides in-personal and virtual support to programs for staff training in all areas of early care and education including new employee orientation, federal monitoring preparation and self-assessment planning, leadership coaching, and programs systems review and development.
Most recently, Dana launched the Early Childcare and Education Training Center website providing online courses for early care and education professionals. The Early Childcare and Education Training Center courses include topics of interest for education and family engagement staff. All courses are Head Start Performance Standards compliant and are on-demand. New courses have focused on effectively onboarding Early Childcare and Education Partnership collaborations and providing New Employee Orientation modules for EHS/HS programs.
