Head Start & Childcare Training & Consultation services

 On site or virtual trainings provide education and family engagement staff with key skills and tools to be effective in their roles. The most up to date research-based information is shared through engaging hands-on activities that will enhance learning for all staff.

Leadership Consultation provides management teams a collaborative partner to discuss and explore program systems, workforce development and leadership styles to increase individual contributions and the team's collective impact.

Focus Area 1 & 2 and CLASS Monitoring Preparation provides programs a "practice" run for the process of monitoring, the interview experience, and connecting Performance Standards to program activities.

EHSCCP Consultation provides  the Early Head Start and Early Head Start partnerships with support to build  a collaboration that can directly impact the quality of service delivery and workforce retention, 

Strong systems are essential for an effective program.  Yearly review of program systems and supportive manuals is at the heart of the quality improvement practices required in the Head Start Performance Standards.
